Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

We are looking for an Administration Support person for our Administration Team. This is a full time permanent position, 30 - 35 hours per week, assisting with the day-to-day office and compliance functions.

A strong work ethic and positive attitude are musts haves. Likewise, excellent communication skills and the ability to both multitask and work independently will be required to be successful in the role. Preference will be given to candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including sound Microsoft Excel skills
  • SAP experience (although full training will be provided)
  • A basic accounting knowledge
  • Customer service focused - sincerely looks to assist customers
  • Must be flexible with hours as during stocktake, early 5.00am starts are required, monthly
