Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
Support all administrative and secretarial duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
Point person for mailing, shipping, bills, equipment maintenance and office security
Perform receptionist duties, answer and direct phone calls
Perform daily office expenses bookkeeping and controlling
Manage price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease etc
Organize and schedule internal meetings and appointments
Coordinate business trips and flights bookings
Organize and coordinate internal team social events
Perform other ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management
