You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.
As the Team Assistant and Office Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sydney Leadership team, ensuring that the physical and virtual infrastructure, including organisational systems and processes, are well established and efficiently managed.
Your accountabilities will include administration support such as calendar management, travel and expense management, event coordination, purchasing processes, and greeting customers/vendors. You will be a proactive member of the team with a keen attention to detail which will ensure the success of the Telix organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior Sydney based executives, including the Group Chief Financial Officer, Chief Medical Officer and Chief Information Officer
  • General office duties and administrative support to the wider Sydney corporate team as required
  • Oversee general operation and facility of the Sydney office
  • Front of house duties, including greeting visitors upon arrival, attending to deliveries and couriers (including mail), vendors and contractors, actioning emails from the info@telix inbox in collaboration with the Melbourne Office Manager
  • Manage and organise all stationery and office / catering supplies for the Sydney office
  • Support the Senior Executive team based in the Sydney office, including organising repairs and maintenance requests as needed
  • Assisting the Melbourne Office Manager and Global Administration Services Manager as required
  • Administer Docusign process for CEAFs, NDAs and contracts as and when requested
  • Coordination of Sydney office events, meetings and celebrations (or the like)
  • Expense management and travel coordination for key executives who are Sydney based
