Description:
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with basic IT troubleshooting.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective collaboration.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Office Administrator - Part Time: Up to 30 Hrs per week (Monday to Friday)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take charge of sorting and distributing incoming mail, ensuring it reaches the right departments promptly.
- Handle incoming packages, verify deliveries, distribute them to the appropriate recipients.
- Manage the issuance of keys, access cards, or any related items necessary for daily operations.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-equipped workspace.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries, serving as the communication liaison for our office.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations.
- Organise and prioritise photocopying requests to maintain a smooth workflow.
