Description:

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with basic IT troubleshooting.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective collaboration.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Office Administrator - Part Time: Up to 30 Hrs per week (Monday to Friday)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take charge of sorting and distributing incoming mail, ensuring it reaches the right departments promptly.
  • Handle incoming packages, verify deliveries, distribute them to the appropriate recipients.
  • Manage the issuance of keys, access cards, or any related items necessary for daily operations.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-equipped workspace.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries, serving as the communication liaison for our office.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Organise and prioritise photocopying requests to maintain a smooth workflow.
