Responsibilities:

Woodrow leads on terrestrial ecology delivery in Ireland for the APEM Group, working on a wide variety of projects, including impact assessments for infrastructure proposals, habitat and species surveys, biodiversity planning and community projects. We are actively seeking an Office Administrator to join our growing team where you will be supporting our team of enthusiastic and experienced Ecologists and Environmental Consultants.
In this key role, you’ll be at the heart of the team. Working alongside the Office Manager, you will be covering various areas from assisting with general office running duties, to supporting staff with renders for projects, ordering personal protective equipment and much more. Full training and mentoring will be provided to help you adapt into this key crucial role. Please note that this is a part time role (2 days per week).

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

  • Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to balance a busy and varied workload.
  • Strong interpersonal & verbal communication skills, ability to develop lasting relationships.
  • Strong written communication skills, ability to create and maintain project documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • IT skills – use of docking stations, setting up screens – basic IT, confidence with IT equipment.
