Responsibilities:
- Coordinate for customer pick-ups and drop-offs, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Support office administration duties, such as filing.
- Handle inbound phone calls, directing them to the appropriate contacts.
- Accountable for overall office and administration supplies.
- Utilize NAV system for receiving and managing purchase orders and packing slips.
- Supervise chat communications and delegate tasks as needed.
- Coordinate company social events as directed.
- Receive and manage mail distribution.
- Organize swag items and customer packages upon request.
- Keep the office organized and stocked, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
