Description:
FULL-TIME / PART-TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for an Office Administrator to provide sales and business support of our expanding business.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of facilities and administration for the Singapore office headquarters.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders when necessary.
- Administer group insurance scheme, claims, renewals etc.
- Support budgeting initiatives.
- Create and update records and database with personnel, financials, and otherdata.
- Maintain stock inventory, arrange for local and overseas outgoing/incomingshipments, preparation of shipping documents, certificate of originapplications etc.
- Administer building and office access for office users and visitors.
- Plan and organize staff events, outings, and gatherings.
- Assist with general HR administrative functions.
- What we look for
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills, pro-active and able to work independently.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
- Prior experience in HR Administration would be a plus.
