THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATION, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Third Level qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral essential.
- Excellent IT skills - intermediate level MS Word/Excel essential.
- Database management experience is an advantage.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information using discretion and confidentiality.
- Will work well within a team environment and on own initiative.

Responsibilities:
- Act as front of house at Clanwilliam Headquarters by managing and screening incoming telephone calls.
- Open and file weekly post
- Co-ordinate travel and travel-related activities for the team, including accommodation, transportation and meeting room booking.
- Offer support to the C-Suite team through basic document or presentation creation and maintenance of reports and other corporate documents.
- Responsible for ordering stationary, booking couriers, and distributing post.
- Responsible for keeping the kitchen stocked and maintained.
- Liaise with the Building Management team to ensure upkeep of the office and facilities.
- Ad hoc administration assistance across various departments as and when required.
- Manage, organise and archive contracts, documents, and records in both electronic and physical formats.
- Upload documents to databases.
- Schedule, co-ordinate, and attend meetings.
- Arrange for documents to be certified and notarised.
- Co-ordinate execution of documents.
- Proofread documents, correspondence, and reports with precision and attention to detail.
- Assist with billing and invoice processing.
- Perform general office duties such as printing, filing, photocopying, scanning, and emailing documents as needed.
- Assist with drafting and issuing newsletters and updates.
- Organise internal events.
