Office Administrator – Co Laois
Our client, a leading engineering manufacturer based in Laois are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will provide general administrative and accounts support. They will be the front of house representative for the group with strong organisational skills, a positive mindset and professional manner and will work closely with the Service team Manager.
Duties:
Day to Day office administration & co-ordination.
Board room co-ordination for meetings.
Providing support to directors and senior staff
Accounting entries:
Invoicing, bank entries & reconciliations
Customer and Supplier Management – reconciliations / collections & payments
Cashflow
Stock management- ordering & dispatch.
Project work on spreadsheets – parts/customers-Key accounts /reporting/ KPI’s other relevant data
Assist Financial Controller
CRM system maintenance and update
Ad-hoc administration duties & project work e.g. ISO Admin / Update phone system contacts.
Requirements:
Minimum two years’ experience in a busy office environment
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Effective organisational and communication skills
Professional manner and desire to improve and learn.
Proficient computer literacy in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience in Sage preferably.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
