DESCRIPTION:

About the role
We’re currently seeking a highly organised Office Administrator who thrives in a team environment. This part-time role entails 25 hours a week, from 9 am to 2:30 pm (with flexibility), and is based in our Melbourne lab at Croydon South.
This position presents numerous opportunities for advancement, potentially leading to full-time employment or even progression into the Office Manager role. You’ll become part of a dynamic, team-oriented workplace that values collaboration.

Reporting to the Lab Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • General customer enquiries through phone and email
  • Meet/Greet customers and site visitors
  • Organise and coordinate maintenance for the site
  • Liaise with lab staff
  • Purchasing of laboratory consumables
  • Address complaints and escalate appropriately
