Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Quandri is seeking an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position loves the structure of administrative work, is extremely organized and prides themselves on providing an amazing office experience for employees.
This role is crucial in ensuring all employees have a great experience in our offices; and the administrative part of the role plays a key part in ensuring leadership and the operations department remain efficient.

IN THIS ROLE, TASKS WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Organize supplies for the office on a regular schedule
  • Interact with other office suppliers
  • Regularly re-stock and re-organise communal office areas
  • Fill in various administrative forms for employees
  • Run small projects, keep track of progress and of other people’s tasks
  • Organize conference logistics
  • Plan & organize travel and hotel stays
  • Plan the Social schedule
  • Organize company & team event logistics
  • Organize employee & customer celebrations & gifts
  • Track all office expenses
  • Contribute to a friendly and inviting company culture
  • Book meetings and manage calendars
  • Manage email inboxes of Executives
  • Make & manage various reservations
  • Handle various admin needs of the executive team

EXPERIENCE / QUALITIES OF THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS ROLE:

  • 3+ years of experience in office administration and/or executive assistant roles
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Have a keen attention to detail
  • Be able to manage small projects
  • The ability to quickly execute on administrative tasks
  • Be a self starter, notice what needs to be done without prescriptive direction
  • Good computer skills (using software tools and spreadsheets)
