JOB DESCRIPTION

Intrax is committed to delivering high quality end-to-end Engineering services to our clients. The Office Administrator within Intrax is a key driving force behind our team’s success, where you will support our GM - Land as well as all of Intrax’s Sydney divisions by providing excellent administrative assistance. Intrax offers a flexible work environment and ability to build and sustain professional relationships, within an extremely supportive team.
We are looking for a highly experienced and energetic individual to join our New South Wales team on a Full- Time basis based in our Sydney CBD office.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE, BUT WILL NOT BE LIMITED TO:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as mail distribution, filing, and document management to ensure organizational efficiency and compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing calls, emails, and visitors appropriately.
  • Assist in event planning and hosting for client meetings and team events

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE BECAUSE:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office administration or business support roles, preferably in a professional services environment such as consulting engineering.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity software.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in performing administrative tasks.
