We are currently seeking a full time Office Administrator to be based in our North Dublin Office.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong technical competencies across digital platforms.
- Flexible attitude and forward thinking.
- Ability to multitask and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects while meeting established deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Working with the Management & Administration team to support the administration required for the running of a busy fast-paced office.
- Work with the HR and compliance team in ensuring all documentation is kept up to date and in line with business requirements.
- Overseeing compliance checks on new staff members.
- Work with the Operations Department to ensure the efficient administration of our HR platform, facilitating updates & data entry when needed.
- Produce and collate reports as required by Management Team.
- Provide support to cross-functional teams if needed, including accounts assistance with invoicing.
- Assist with the day-to-day tasks required within the office, i.e. petty cash, and stationary orders, IT contracts.
- Manage general queries from staff and clients.
