We are currently seeking a full time Office Administrator to be based in our North Dublin Office.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong technical competencies across digital platforms.
  • Flexible attitude and forward thinking.
  • Ability to multitask and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects while meeting established deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Management & Administration team to support the administration required for the running of a busy fast-paced office.
  • Work with the HR and compliance team in ensuring all documentation is kept up to date and in line with business requirements.
  • Overseeing compliance checks on new staff members.
  • Work with the Operations Department to ensure the efficient administration of our HR platform, facilitating updates & data entry when needed.
  • Produce and collate reports as required by Management Team.
  • Provide support to cross-functional teams if needed, including accounts assistance with invoicing.
  • Assist with the day-to-day tasks required within the office, i.e. petty cash, and stationary orders, IT contracts.
  • Manage general queries from staff and clients.
