Description:

  • Part time - 5 hours a day Monday to Friday.
  • Location: Dublin City Centre
  • Immediate start, initially 6 month fixed term contract

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel & Word.
  • Experience in computerized accounting systems.
  • Experience of working in an office and team-based environment
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English is essential.
  • Be able to work on own initiative, without supervision following training period.
  • Professional, flexible, customer focused and pro-active.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

ROLE:

Office Administration (Part Time) The successful candidate will assist with the internal Administration, HR & Finance functions of the business and requires to be highly communicative and will liaise with staff at all levels in the organisation as well as external clients and suppliers.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • General office administration to include managing email inboxes.
  • Office coordination of client and supplier records, maintaining internal CRM system and assisting with drafting and issuing client contracts
  • HR file management
  • Assisting with recruitment process and the onboarding an offboarding of employees
  • Preparing sales invoices, credit control reports and allocating cash to the accounts system.
  • Processing supplier invoices and preparing payments.
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Management of various accounting processes to include VAT, fixed assets, prepayment and accruals.
  • Assisting with month end processes
