Description:
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Please note this is a part time role working Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM - 20 hours per week. This is also a contract position that will run until January 2025.
The Office Administrator will support the business in the client care team and order entry while assisting in a fast-paced, client focused environment. They will provide support to managers, team leaders, and frontline staff. This will include responsibility for general office upkeep, document management, coordinating samples, registering warranties, generating certificates for architects, and order entry. As with many growing companies our team is structured to support a level of cross training which provides the ability to fill in other roles when required all while providing radical client care.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years’ Client Care Experience
- Proficiency in MS Office programs and G-Suite tools required.
- Experience working with CRM tools preferred.
- Be energetic and self-motivated to work independently, while being part of a winning team.
- A positive, friendly, and outgoing personality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Detail-oriented to ensure accurate order entry.
- The ability to adapt to changing tasks & priorities while staying calm and collected.
- Have the proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Administration of shipments and support sales regarding shipments, orders ec. (courier, sample orders, etc.).
- Warranty registration
- CEU accreditation certificate generation
- General office duties and projects as assigned Review orders in full for completeness, follow up with clients when required
- Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
- Key/process client orders received via email, providing client follow up as required to ensure client needs are met or exceeded
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
- Assist all clients quickly and professionally providing radical client care
