Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Admin team. Ideally this would 2 or possibly 3 days per week initially and may develop into a full time role.
QCR is a leading supplier of recycling equipment in the UK. Our customers are some of the best known names in retail, hospitality, leisure, industry and logistics. We’ll be celebrating 25 years in 2024!
Our busy office needs a quick learner, preferably with some Administration experience, a good knowledge of Excel and Sage or similar accounting package would be an advantage.
This is a role with a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities which could include:
Logging Engineer Worksheets and processing parts sales orders
Updating our database to link customer, equipment and contract
Raising Works Orders for the Workshop
Overseeing recycler recharging
Ability to cover other roles within the office for holiday and absence
