Our Client:
Our client, one of Australia’s largest Resource Recovery & Recycling Companies is seeking an Office Administrator to join their Cromer office. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing excellent service to their valued customers while promoting the company’s mission of responsible waste management.

Your Duties:

  • Supporting supervisors and wider business with administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with customers, drivers and the council regarding collections and bin deliveries.
  • Rostering, processing sick leave and annual leave requests.
  • Raising collection and delivery disputes with the council.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • General ad hoc duties as required.

About You:

  • Previous Customer Service, Administration or Scheduling experience.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
