Description:
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in office administration/support/assistant role.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Computer Literacy with basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to effectively deal with both corporate management and staff.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Well Groomed and well presented.
- Outgoing and bubbly personality with a “can-do” attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the office and warehouse expenses and equipment, i.e. office’s cleaning contractor, pantry, stationery supplies, photocopier and facsimile machine and other ad-hoc events/activities.
- Replenishment of office supplies such as pantry and stationery.
- Vendor, facilities and building management liaison.
- Purchasing of notebooks (IT) and keeping track of office equipment.
- Coordinate and manage vendors on all office related equipment.
- Setting up work stations with proper stationery and name card requisition for new joiners
- Conduct regular service quality checks on vendors to ensure that the products and services meet the Company’s standards and requirements.
- Assist in travel arrangements when events specialist is away.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry and updating of records.
- Liaise with building management on all maintenance and projects matters.
- Handle internal monthly staff purchases.
- Manage local and overseas couriers.Handle other ad-hoc duties
