Description:

Persons in the CF Office Administrator position shall be able to effectively perform the following tasks: 1. Coordinate office activities/operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. 2. Operate Teams telephone system to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages, and scheduling appointments as needed. 3. Greet people entering the establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations. 4. Keep current inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary. 5. Transmit information or documents to customers using email, mail, or fax. 6. Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail and courier deliveries. 7. Create shipping labels and prepare packages for shipping. 8. Collect receipts and complete credit card reconciliation. 9. Keep track of conference room scheduling. 10. Complete inventory projects as needed/required. 11. Sort and enter stock tickets into the accounting system. 12. Complete receiving on purchase orders as packing slips are received. 13. Perform other accounting or administrative duties as assigned by the Operations Manager. 14. Provide support for special projects as needed. 15. Protect the organization’s values by keeping data confidential, which if disclosed, might have a significant effect.

TOOLS & TECHNOLOGY Persons in the CF Office Administrator position shall have the ability to proficiently utilize the following tools & technologies associated with the job: 1. Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 2. Ability to effectively use accounting software. 3. Proficient use of computer and phone system. SKILLS & ABILITIES Persons in the CF Office Administrator position shall exhibit the following skills and abilities: 1. Effective time management skills. 2. Demonstrate excellent work habits, including willingness to work the hours necessary to complete the job, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures. 3. Exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation. 4. Ability to talk to others to convey information effectively. 5. Ability to quickly learn accounting software. 6. Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects. 7. Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing. 8. Able to maintain composure and is professional in all interactions internally and externally. 9. Able to work under pressure and maintain a good attitude. 10. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality internally and externally.

  • Capable in office applications and software, as well as ability to learn accounting software
