OUR CLIENT:

Our client is a leading national independent distributor of off-grid power solutions. Based in Henderson, they are proud to offer a brand-new state-of-the-art office and workshop location.
As they continue to expand, they’re seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to support the Hiring Coordinator and help coordinate the equipment hiring processes as well as the day to day running of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Hire Coordinator in managing equipment hiring logistics
  • Coordinating and organizing equipment hire processes
  • Taking and processing customer orders efficiently and accurately
  • Providing excellent customer service by answering phones and addressing inquiries
  • Undertaking general reception tasks to maintain a welcoming atmosphere
