POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Administrator to join our team. This pivotal role will involve overseeing various aspects of office operations, including payroll management, human resources support, sales support team supervision, and accounting assistance. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
LOCATION: Smyrna GA (Office Based)
REPORTS TO: VP Operations
SALARY: up to $55,000

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in office management, HR, payroll, and accounting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HR practices, and accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in a customer-facing or sales support role is desirable.
