Description:

Techmation Electric & Controls is currently seeking a Office Administrator for our Whitecourt branch. Previous administrative experience working within an industrial construction organization would be considered an asset. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years work experience in an administrative role.

Responsibilities:

  • coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
  • provide ongoing discussion with district managers to better improve office efficiency and KPI’s
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Process invoices
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Manage client prequalification sites
  • Prepare Client pre-qualifications, RFI’s, EOI’s and RFP’s
  • Responsible for understanding purchasing procedures and requirements in order to support and assist as needed
  • Filing
  • Data entry
  • Schedule employee orientations and safety training
  • Assist management as required
  • Inventory tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate business development events, such as Christmas parties, golf tournaments, customer appreciation, etc
