Description:
My client is a premier security provider located in the heart of London. They are looking for an Office Coordinator with finance experience to join their company on a temporary basis, with the potential to go permanent. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance and experience in office administration. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a crucial role in general office management and provide administrative support as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Manage general office operations and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries as necessary.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, although the accounting function is outsourced to an external firm.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration is essential.
- A background in finance or accounting is preferred.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays (maximum 2 per month) with a day off during the week to compensate.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Pay and Schedule:
- Hourly pay rate: £13-15/hour.
- Full-time contract with the potential to go permanent.
- 5-days in office
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm or 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Occasional Saturday shifts from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, with a maximum of 2 Saturdays per month.
