Position Summary:
Assist in planning and organizing related to the PECS-3 conference to be held in Montreal August 12-15 (2024), including website development & conference app development, conference scheduling, and helping conference attendees and speakers with planning and organizing.
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities
Highly organized, attention to detail, good communication and planning skills. Knowledge of ecology and environmental science a plus.
McGill University is an English-language university where most teaching and research activities are conducted in the English language, thereby requiring English communication both verbally and in writing.
Minimum Education and Experience:
High School Diploma 1 Year Related Experience
