Description:

Wilsonart in Atlanta currently has an opening for an Office I / Customer Service Representative.
This position is part of our small Customer Service team in Atlanta. They work directly with our customers and will be required to enter electronic orders, answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, as well as a variety of other tasks as required. This position performs extensive data entry into our internal system. Performs other tasks as required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Skill in resolving routine questions and problems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook
  • Skill in data entry (10 key)
  • Ability to follow directions, take notes, and self-start
  • Ability to work under direct supervision
  • Ability to multi-task, while staying organized

EDUCATION:

High School Graduate or GED

EXPERIENCE

1+ years
Fifteen semesters hours of college in a related field may substitute in for the required experience.
