Description:

Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Team Assistant to join their dynamic Cape Town office. This role is integral to the smooth operation of the team, requiring effective collaboration with the UK and global offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars across different time zones for the Cape Town team.
  • Coordinate international travel, visas, and accommodation.
  • Handle expense reporting and management.
  • Oversee meeting room bookings and visitor hospitality.
  • Arrange restaurant, hotel bookings, car rentals, and assist with organizing dinners and events.
  • Order daily lunches and manage catering for meetings and events.
  • Support office administration in collaboration with the office manager.
  • Coordinate interviews, onboarding of new starters, and manage visitor and new joiner access with workspace providers.
  • Admin tasks including uploading staff photos, passport verification, and adding staff to social platforms.
  • Manage ordering and delivery of kitchen and office supplies.
  • Ensure the office and kitchen spaces are tidy and well-organized, with well-stocked cupboards.
  • Assist with parking coordination and input data for energy consumption reports.
  • Maintain a birthday list and manage prosecco gifting.

Qualifications:
A minimum of Grade 12; a tertiary qualification in office administration is highly desirable.
