Description:
Equine firm is looking for an Office Assistant to fill an open position at a flourishing company in the Equine industry. This position would be best suited for candidates that are highly-skilled self-starters that enjoy handling multiple projects at once. This position would best suit a self-starter with a lot of initiative and drive. Your responsibilities
- Copy, faxing, and filing for many departments
- Oversee office facility
- Route calls to the appropriate individuals
- Own the accurate submission of data
- A willingness to take on both small administrative tasks and high visibility requests
- Finish tasks independently
- General familiarity with scheduling
- Earlier work involving Distribute Incoming Mail
- Well-founded grasp of calendar managements and scheduling appointments
- Previous experience working with Mail Packages
- Proven knowledge of Administrative Assistance
- Basic Computer Skills experience desired
- Deep understanding of Answering Inbound Calls
- Good understanding of mail distribution
- Quality experience with scanning
- Wide ranging experience with Scanning Documents
- Transfer Calls experience preferred
- Practical knowledge of filing
- Experience with Clerical Duties
- Customer service experience required
- Capacity to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials
- 3+ years of experience
- Capacity to assess process and internal control weaknesses and identify improvements
- Should possess a thorough knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets
- Ability to multitask effectively
