Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an Office Assistant to manage all restaurant’s office activities including daily record keeping of all transactions, from sales records and cash payments to purchases, expenses, product analysis etc, and working closely with the CEO.
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 1 year
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Diploma.
- The candidate must not be more than 35 years.
- 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Excellent analytical and administrative skills.
- Excellent knowledge of office managemt
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Microsoft Excel skills will be an added advantage.
- Experience with general ledger functions.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks.

- Sending of daily sales report to the MD/CEO.
- Prepare daily product performance reports.
- Review documents for accuracy, reliability, reasonableness, and completeness.
- Other functions as required.
