Description:

Under close or general supervision of the Office Services Supervisor II, the incumbent is responsible for providing support to all staff in the Office Services Unit and assisting other State Lands Commission (Commission) units, by performing a variety of clerical duties. This position is required to have a valid CA driver’s license and drive a vehicle on official State business.

Working Conditions

  • Work environment is inside an office with artificial light and forced air temperature control.
  • Daily use of personal computer, software programs, and a telephone at a workstation, for prolonged periods.
  • Daily use of fax, copiers, and general office equipment.
  • Bend, stoop, sit, or stand while performing some tasks.
  • Transport materials or objects weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Off-site deliveries and/or pick-ups which requires operation of state or personal vehicle.
  • Position has a mandatory start of 8:00 a.m.
  • Professional office environment, appropriate business attire required.
