Responsibilities:

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

On a typical day, you will:

  • Process the pay of employees of the CESAD program: Home Support Program offered by the Ministry of Health and Social Services;
  • Process any requests for additions and modifications to client files;
  • Produce Records of Employment for employees upon termination of employment;
  • Respond to inquiries from various government agencies;
  • Provide quality service as a client service agent by listening to the needs of clients.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • High School Diploma;
  • Accurate and timely data entry;
  • Comfortable working with computers;
  • Caring and strong empathy for the customer;
  • Adaptability to diverse situations;
  • Ability to work as a team and be engaged;
  • Bilingual (an asset)
