Our client located in Mississauga is seeking an Office Clerk temporary position.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous 6 months of administrative experience
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to enforce adherence to a given process with the compliance rules
  • Proven ability to work in a team and good written and verbal communication
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Open files, data entry, document, and information reconciliation
  • Develop a good understanding of the filing processes
  • Supporting other departments with internal administrative tasks
