The Role
Position Title: Office Clerk Employment Type: Full-time Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: An internationally leading power project contractor specializing in oil & gas, petrochemicals, renewable energy, and other sectors, with presence globally. Job Description: • Maintaining project documents and records. • Assisting with data entry and file organization. • Managing office supplies and equipment inventory. • Supporting project team with clerical tasks. • Coordinating mail and shipments for project needs.
Requirements
Qualifications: • Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities • Female, 35 years old and below • At least 2 years of UAE relevant experience • Experienced in data entry, typing, and organizing files (both hard copy and soft copy) • Must have fast typing skills, at least 50 WPM, and familiar with office procedures and Microsoft Offices
