QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Clerical experience preferred.
  • Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking is preferred
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Typing, filing, and completion of simple forms by using Microsoft Office. Answering and redirecting incoming calls. Entering date into MYOB. Processing payment, invoices, income and receipts.
