Job Description
The Office and Compliance Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective management of the administrative and compliance functions on a construction site in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Ireland employment law, construction regulations, and administrative procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a construction site management or administrative role
  • Strong understanding of Ireland employment law, construction regulations, and administrative procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the site office
  • Maintaining accurate records of all site activities, including work orders, invoices, and contracts
  • Managing the site budget and ensuring that all expenditures are properly documented and accounted for
  • Ordering and managing supplies and equipment
  • Arranging for the transportation of materials and equipment
  • Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable Ireland employment laws and regulations, including:
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, including work hours, wages, and benefits
  • Ensuring that all employees are properly trained and certified
  • Conducting regular safety inspections and audits
  • Investigating and resolving employee complaints and grievances
  • Manage the site’s environmental compliance program, including:
  • Ensuring that all waste is properly disposed of
  • Monitoring the site’s air and water quality
  • Conducting regular environmental audits
  • Assist the construction companies in dealings with government agencies, regulators, and other stakeholders
