ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a CBRE Office Co-Ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all of our clients and our employees. You will be responsible for the daily upkeep of the front of house and CBAR area and handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as some administrative duties.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Meet and greet visitors to the office and first point of contact for all phone calls
  • Issuing Access cards and management of same system
  • Management of Envoy system (desk booking app) and Wayleadr system (parking-app)
  • Manage inbound and outbound post including stamping of post received, scanning of post for the various departments, arranging for registered post and couriers
  • Managing the booking of all Meeting Rooms onsite, setting up meeting rooms and ensuring upkeep of office and meeting rooms
  • Providing administrative support to the Office Manager and wider Corporate Services Department
  • Arrange catering for all client events and internal events
  • Facilities coordination & supplier management
  • Ownership of Cbar area and upkeep of coffee machine and supplies, notifying vendors of maintenance and repairs
  • Filing and organising records, invoices, raise purchase orders for all Team Assistants and other important documentation
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
