Responsibilities:
Due to an internal secondment, we have an exciting opportunity for an Office Coordinator to join our Community Cricket & Capability team on a 6-month fixed term contract.
This isn’t a regular receptionist position. It is a fast paced, dynamic role where every day is different. You will be the face of our Cricket Australia office and quickly become the go to person for all questions and assistance our staff may need during the cricket season.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Facility Planning & Management and based at our office in Jolimont, you’ll be responsible for:
- General reception and office facilities duties and maintenance
- Providing administration assistance to our Executive Team – eg. booking travel, diary management and expense submissions
- Coordinating meeting room bookings including setup, coordinating catering for meetings and pack down
- Processing and distributing incoming mail, coordinating outgoing mail and liaising with couriers to process incoming and outgoing orders
- Maintaining the offices utility points including stationary, groceries and other office supplies
- Troubleshooting AV/IT issues in meeting rooms
- Arranging building maintenance as well as day to day repairs and ad hoc requests
