Description:

HAYNES are currently seeking applications from an Office Coordinator that thrives in a busy environment!

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT HAS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES:

  • Strong financial background - payroll, accounts payable/receivable, financial report preparation (BAS/P&L), bank & credit card reconciliations
  • Strong human resources experience - onboarding of new workers and sub contractors (medicals, uniforms, site inductions), creation & or amending policies and procedures, rostering, assist with incident/injury investigations and undertake return to work duties if required & staff travel bookings
  • Proven experience using Microsoft 365
  • Proven experience using XERO Accounting
  • Current drivers licence
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical including functional and drug/alcohol testing
  • Previous experience working within the resource sector - highly advantegous
