This educational space has an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join their team.
The Role
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for handling office needs and overseeing tasks such as account management, scheduling, and project coordination. Your organisational and proactive skillset will contribute towards enhancing the learning environment of the center. Within this position, you would be a crucial member of their Sales teams, and actively participate in organising and executing marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will build rapport with students and parents, encapsulate a culture of friendly customer service in a warm and welcoming manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships between students and parents
  • Ability to identify and address learning needs for the center
  • Oversee accounts receivable, including handling invoices, payments, and bank deposits
  • Analysing the centers operations while ensuring policies and safety procedures are being implemented effectively
  • Offer concise explanations of enrolment details and collaborate with clients to overcome instructional challenges
  • Coordinate and oversee appointments for the Centre Director and Associate Centre Director
  • Manage precise and timely execution of bi-weekly payroll tasks
  • Liaising with the sales team and participating in marketing initiatives
  • Managing phone queries and offering general information about the facilities programs
