Are you tech-savvy with a knack for making people feel welcome and at ease? A proactive problem-solver, organised and detail-oriented?
We’re looking for a dynamic and spirited Office Coordinator who can assist in the smooth functioning of our reception and provide administrative support across our team. You’ll be warm, welcoming and approachable and be able to convey information accurately and confidently in person, over the phone, or on the computer. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across departments, contributing to the overall success and cohesion of our company.
