Description:

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintain tidiness and organization of the office spaces, including reception area, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution to the intended recipients.
- Manage office supplies inventory, ordering supplies as needed and ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Support the search of additional office space and potential office move.
- Assist in planning, organizing and executing events either at the office or other locations.
