Description:

DESCRIPTION

Office administration and building management to ensure the Lockton Workspace is meeting all the requirements of key stakeholders. Also to back up the receptionist.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the Workspace is clean and operational.
  • Engage the building management in matters related to the office and building.
  • Improving the Workspace environment.
  • Apply and use technology solutions in the daily work.
  • Back up receptionist’s role in her absence for eg. assisting with preparation and serving drinks if not in the office.
  • Ordering of office supplies.
  • Safety of office operations.
  • Assist in events organized in the office.
  • Manage the lockers, keys, admin assets etc.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by manager or as needed/relevant.
