Responsibilities:
Office Management
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to office supplies procurement, equipment maintenance, and vendor management
- Coordinate with building management for any office-related issues or requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space
Employee well-being
- Organize team-building activities, social events, and celebrations to foster a positive work culture
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns related to office facilities and environment
- Maintain and execute initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being
Administrative and organizational Support
- Handle mail, deliveries for the office and order for our employees
- Organize and maintain our merchandise to users and partners
- Support with organizing trips, events and all kinds of meetings/get-togethers
Communication
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees as well as external stakeholders regarding office-related matters
- Communicate important updates, announcements, and reminders to the team as needed
Health & Safety Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace
- Maintain safety protocols and procedures, including emergency evacuation plans and first-aid kits
