QUALIFICATIONS

  • You are a proactive team player who has the ability to build relationships with your colleagues and external partners.

  • Experience as an Office Manager

Responsibilities:

Office Management

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to office supplies procurement, equipment maintenance, and vendor management
  • Coordinate with building management for any office-related issues or requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space

Employee well-being

  • Organize team-building activities, social events, and celebrations to foster a positive work culture
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns related to office facilities and environment
  • Maintain and execute initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being

Administrative and organizational Support

  • Handle mail, deliveries for the office and order for our employees
  • Organize and maintain our merchandise to users and partners
  • Support with organizing trips, events and all kinds of meetings/get-togethers

Communication

  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees as well as external stakeholders regarding office-related matters
  • Communicate important updates, announcements, and reminders to the team as needed

Health & Safety Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace
  • Maintain safety protocols and procedures, including emergency evacuation plans and first-aid kits
