Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration of day-to-day HR and general office functions and duties.
- Assists GM with administrative needs.
- Assists employees with Phone App concerns
- Support PPE Orders and inventory control for Uniforms, Safety Boots,
- Schedule and set up Meeting Rooms for interviews, Town Halls, Functions, Open Enrollment, etc.
- Order and pick up catering
- Run office errands
- Office Communications/Media Board Updates
- Assists with Recruitment process: Post jobs, facilitate sourcing, schedule interviews, background checks, pre-boarding/on-boarding activities.
- Candidate and recruitment data tracking
- New hire orientation:
- Prepares new associate packets/files.
- Coordinates/schedules 1st day process.
- Workday HRIS updates
- Enter new associates and existing associate changes into HRIS system.
- Assist employees with Workday HRIS system challenges.
- Payroll Administration
- Benefit Administration:
- Support Open Enrollment
- Investigate employee benefit challenges.
- Assist with all HR and Office initiatives
- Attendance, Vacation, LOA, data collection, tracking and reporting.
- Administrative support for HR and Leadership team.
- Events, Meetings and Training Activities Planning.
- HR data entry, record keeping, timekeeping.
- Supports HR needs of all Associates and Management.
- Adheres to and promotes safety policies and procedures
