THE VACANCY

Bestseller Ireland Ltd. are currently seeking a part time office administrator to join our office in Ballymount, Dublin 12.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Planning and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Handling email, post and phone inquiries.
  • Assisting with collection requests
  • Assisting colleagues whenever possible.
  • Managing the travel plans, appointments, and agendas of senior management.
  • Taking inventory and replacing office supplies when necessary.
  • Submitting reports and preparing presentations and general research.
  • Managing the stock entering and exiting the premise
  • Creating and updating databases for various forms of data, including personnel and financial information.
  • Taking minutes in meetings
  • Assisting human resources with hiring, training new employees and ad hoc tasks
  • Managing sample sale
  • Fleet management
  • Premium club liaison
  • Supporting social committee
  • Greeting and welcoming customers who visit the showrooms
