SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Your customer service skills are well-developed, and you enjoy being the first point of call for your colleagues and peers. You also enjoy working closely with external stakeholders of the business
  • A depth of experience in Human Resources coordination
  • Someone who is proactive and outcome-focused. You will be confident in asking questions, escalating potential issues, or following up with stakeholders if required
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities
  • The ability to manage and mentor administration staff
  • Strong skills in the Microsoft Suite

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Office and Human Resources Manager, this position offers a hands-on opportunity to play a crucial role in maintaining the efficient operations of the administration team while also overseeing the Human Resources function.
You will enjoy a diverse, fast-paced environment with a range of responsibilities, leveraging your skills in administration, people management, and HR coordination across a diverse array of responsibilities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and lead a team of administrative staff (people management, workflow, and resources)
  • Act as the first point of contact for telephone calls, email inquiries, and any visitors
  • Become the ‘go-to’ person in the office for all administration tasks including reporting, creating documents or presentations, and database administration
  • Significant Human Resources administration for the company including contracts, performance management, appraisals, and EBAs
  • Provide support with diary management and scheduling meetings as required for the three directors
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and perform facilities management duties
  • Manage communications with the external IT support company
