We are a team of around 50 employees from 23 different nations and were voted by Kununu as a top Company. As a signatory of the “Diversity Charter”, we live diversity and are looking for a motivated Office Management Assistant (m/f/d) to support us from Monday to Friday for 4 hours per day in our office in the city center. We always have a good atmosphere with music, drinks and events.
Tasks
- Ordering drinks and snacks for our employees
- Accepting orders and checking orders/deliveries.
- Lunch management (weekly ordering of lunches for our employees)
- Support with events
- Maintaining a presentable office (you communicate with the facility manager, craftsmen, landlord, cleaning company etc. as required to ensure that our employees and guests feel comfortable in the office)
- Ad-hoc tasks
