- Students with ongoing studies preferably in the field of Business Administration (ideally with min. 1,5 years active student status)
- Precision, attention to details
- Fluent English & Hungarian skills

Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for the European Supply Chain organization located in Budapest
- Precise regular administration, finding ways to improve processes
- Assist in running internal processes
- Support and cooperate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, Purchasing, PR, Facility Management etc.)
- Create and maintain reports
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordinating of meetings and events, team integration activites, trainings
- Work on special projects as assigned
- Other duties as assigned by the Head of Supply Chain organization
- Act as intern ambassador in the organization
