Sambla Group is currently seeking an Office Management Lead, with a strong organizational and responsibility ability, that also carries a flexibility, adaptability, and an interest to be a part of a social and dynamic workplace.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for office related projects, and hands-on in operational tasks, primarily focused on our office at Strandvägen. As Office Management Lead, you’ll drive productivity, efficiency, and collaboration within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all offices.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee office-related projects across Nordic offices.
  • Providing hands-on operational support to maintain office functionality, primarily at the head office in Stockholm.
  • Project management, budget oversight, and supplier negotiations.
  • Internal coordination with Office Managers at each office.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations for physical office spaces and manage office security.
  • Plan and contribute to social initiatives for enhancing office culture.
  • Planning and supporting internal events, including management conferences and social events.

TO FIT IN THIS ROLE, WE SEE THAT YOU HAVE…

  • Previous experience in office management or equivalent within other service-focused roles.
  • Project management skills including budget responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English.
  • Experience in supporting colleagues and contributing to their development.
  • Experience in procurement and negotiating with suppliers.
  • Knowledge in the Office package, especially Excel.
  • Experience in making sure the physical working environment is compliant.
  • Experience from working with projects related to alignment and efficiency of relevant routines (preferable within office management or equivalent).
  • Driving license.
