Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are looking for a friendly, approachable and professional Office Management Specialist with a keen interest in Office Management. Your time will be spent in our Head Office which is based in Old Street, as well as the Browns Fashion store in Mayfair. The primary purpose of the role will be to create a comfortable, and welcoming environment for our Farfetchers and visitors. Your can-do attitude and eye for detail will contribute to ensuring our sites run smoothly. This will be a challenging and varied role so we’re looking for a super proactive and energetic candidate.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Work closely with the Office Manager, to ensure both sites operate and align with the expectations of the department and the needs of the business
  • Ensure the welcoming experience and day-to-day running of both buildings are in keeping with the department’s objective of providing a world-class experience
  • Build strong relationships and work closely with third-party contractors to ensure all maintenance issues are dealt with promptly
  • With the Office Manager, carry out regular checks of both buildings and support with resolving any issues that might arise
  • Oversee the office supplies ordering across both sites including food & drink, stationary, and office-related equipment
  • Work closely with the Office Manager to deliver a varied, exciting, and engaging food & drink experience to Farfetchers
  • Support the OM team in managing the reception desks as and when required
