Aufgaben

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general telephone and correspondence and perform administrative assistant tasks
  • Be responsible for file and record keeping, office organization, and meeting coordination and organization
  • Procurement, management and dispensing of office supplies and consumables (contact for service providers, invoice verification)
  • Perform preparatory accounting, dunning and controlling tasks
  • Process bank statements, post incoming and outgoing payments
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations and invoices
  • Monitor various statistics
  • Control and contact for facility managemen
