Aufgaben
Responsibilities:
- Handle general telephone and correspondence and perform administrative assistant tasks
- Be responsible for file and record keeping, office organization, and meeting coordination and organization
- Procurement, management and dispensing of office supplies and consumables (contact for service providers, invoice verification)
- Perform preparatory accounting, dunning and controlling tasks
- Process bank statements, post incoming and outgoing payments
- Assist in the preparation of quotations and invoices
- Monitor various statistics
- Control and contact for facility managemen
